Because of our busy lifestyles, choosing healthy meals and snacks can be a bit difficult when we are on the go. When you get hit with those mid-day munchies, it’s easy to fall into the trap of buying a bag of junk food from the nearest vending machine. Unfortunately, I am all too familiar with the vending machine runs. Self-care is important to both our mental and physical health. But because we lead such busy lives, we often neglect taking the time to actually care for ourselves. I for one, know that I have been guilty of this.
