Who doesn’t love a great conditioner? I know I do! I was browsing through my local Walgreens looking at hair products – which is the norm for me, as I am a bit of a product junkie. Anyway, I came across this Renpure Coconut Whipped Creme Leave-In Conditioner. I picked it up and put it back down a couple of times before deciding to actually purchase it. I have seen this brand in stores before but never gave it much consideration. Since I was getting the conditioner, I decided I’d grab the Coconut Creme shampoo as well.
WHAT DOES THIS CONDITIONER DO?
This conditioner contains unrefined natural organic coconut oil. It claims to work well with every hair type to deliver much-needed moisture to your hair cuticles. Renpure leave-in conditioner is free of sulfates, phthalates, parabens, and dyes. It leaves the hair feeling silky smooth and extremely moisturized.
HOW I USED THE PRODUCT
After shampooing, I applied the leave-in conditioner all over my hair. Renpure leave-in conditioner has a creamy lotion-like texture. It has a very light coconut scent that is not too overwhelming. It also contains extra virgin olive oil, which was a plus for me. The application process was rather easy as this product glided easily through my 4C hair, and the detangling process was a breeze. After applying the conditioner, I massaged a small amount of olive oil onto my scalp and applied a bit to my hair as well.
I allowed my hair to dry overnight and the next morning my hair was so soft. Renpure is a lightweight conditioner and did not leave my hair feeling weighed down. This conditioner provided my hair with much-needed moisture. There was no build-up or product residue left on my hair. I did not have to do much to refresh my hair the next morning. I simply applied a small amount of olive oil to my hair and styled it, and I was ready to go!
To be honest, I did not have high hopes for this conditioner, but I must say that I was very impressed. It has a light scent – not too overwhelming like some brands. My hair tangles very easily, and this conditioner did a great job of detangling my small fro’. I love how moisturized my hair was after using. This conditioner has become a staple in my natural hair care regimen. For those who are looking for an affordable product that detangles well and adds much-needed moisture – I highly recommend the Renpure Coconut Whipped Creme Leave-In Conditioner.
